Purchasing Privileges & Terms

By purchasing/placing money on a kitten, you, as the buyer, understand that no refunds will be given if you change your mind. No refunds will be given for deposits/holds placed as that goes towards lost sales time, if you change your mind. Placing a security deposit is the only way to hold/secure a kitten. All deposits are taken in good faith and are non refundable unless we refuse or cancel the sale.

      We reserve the right to refuse sale. Purchasing privileges are not granted to anyone with the financial means to purchase them. We view our babies as part of our family and take our responsibility of placing them in the best, most loving, forever homes we can select very seriously. Rude, demanding, hateful or disrespectful parties need not apply for one of our kittens. Should we cancel a sale at anytime, 100% of all monies paid will be refunded to the buyer within 30 days of cancellation.

      Prices are subject to change without notice. The only way to lock in the current price is by placing a deposit or paying in full.

      Shipping is $400 for a kitten up to 4 months old and $500 for kitten over 4 months. This  price Includes a small size crate, baby blanket with mom's scent, his or her favorite cat toy, air fare, health certificate, and rabies tag and certificate (if old enough).  Our kittens must be at least 2 lbs before leaving. This helps ensure a smooth transition into their forever home.

       Included is airfare, airline approved carrier, health certificate, rabies tag and vaccination, catnip toys, baby blanket with mom's scent, and a water cup with lip to prevent spillage. We also have the personal touch where we drive the kitten to you (within 300 miles). Price varies depending on mileage, but well worth it. We hand you a clean, happy kitten ready to love and play with.
